Please read these terms of service ("Terms") carefully before using fShark Games (the "Games"). By accessing or using the Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Games.

If you submit any content to the Games, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in any media.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Games for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Games.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
